About McCoy Designers/Builders

Jeff McCoy, a third-generation builder, proudly continues the tradition of excellence established by his grandfather, Sherman, and his father, Don. The McCoy's officially opened their company in 1965 and began designing, planning, building, and remodeling residential and small commercial properties. They soon became known for their designs, quality construction, honesty and customer service.

It was only natural that Jeff's construction education began as soon as he was old enough to hold a hammer. He became part of the team, at the age of seven, and by adulthood had hands-on experience in all aspects of construction.

Jeff is a lifelong resident of Tyler. He attended Baylor University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984. He formerly served on the ARC Board of Directors and volunteers in organizations dealing with special-needs children.

Jeff has been recognized for his outstanding achievements and commitment to excellence by Who's Who Among American Builders & Designers. He is also listed an Honored Professional in the National Register's Who's Who in Executives & Professionals.

Jeff has two children, Brianna and Baylor.

We will follow up with you after three months, six months and nine months of your move-in date because we care about your satisfaction with our craftsmanship and we stand behind our work. Our goal in doing so is to keep up with any problems or concerns you may have before any warranties expire.
